Once your loved one has connected to Parakeet Chat, we will send them our FAQ, which explains to them how to use the app.

Getting the Instructions message again

At any time, your loved one can send us a message with the subject FAQ and we will send them back the latest version of the instructions.

This FAQ document includes (among other things):

- Latest announcements

- How to check the STATUS of their subscription.

- How they can use all the features/ commands of Parakeet Chat

- How to upgrade to the personal number plan

- How to buy EXTRA SMS if they hit the cap

- How to contact support

- List of alternative Parakeet Chat email addresses they can use if the one they are using stops working.
