An outside phone number (yours or anyone else's) can't initiate SMS conversations with a common phone number, outside numbers can only reply to messages sent by a common phone number, so your loved one's common phone number is not listed publically on our website.
If they are signed up for the personal number plan
You can see your inmate's personal phone number when you log into your account.
You can share this phone number with other people, any outside phone number can start an SMS conversation with your inmate's personal phone number.
