If you have set up an automatic-recurring payment subscription for the inmate you can view this information by simply login into your Parakeet Chat customer account.
After logging-in, scroll down to where you see "Credits" under that will be the total available credit balance under your account.
Note: Just a heads up! If you manage accounts for multiple inmates, any credit deposit will be shared among all their active subscriptions.
