Adding a payment method on file sets up the automatic recurring payment for your loved one's subscription.
An inmate can only have one automatic recurring payment (with a saved payment method) option at a time (but an unlimited number of people can deposit credits on their subscription).
If you would like to cancel your automatic recurring payment (which allows another account to add a new automatic recurring payment method for that inmate), please login to your parakeet.chat account and cancel an automatic recurring payment.
